Panasonic has launched a digital first brand awareness campaign for its eco alkaline batteries in partnership with The Media Ant, focusing on strengthening brand recall and visibility across key metro markets in India.
The objective of the campaign is to increase awareness and recall for Panasonic’s eco alkaline batteries by emphasising their safety and anti leak features, positioning the product as a reliable choice for everyday household and electronic usage.
The campaign is being executed across Delhi and Mumbai, targeting urban households including parents and electronics users aged between 30 and 55, reflecting a core consumer segment for household battery consumption.
To deliver high impact reach in premium viewing environments, the campaign utilizes a digital media mix centred on Connected TV and OTT platforms. Key platforms include OTT Bundle CTV, Samsung Connected TV, and programmatic CTV environments, enabling Panasonic to engage audiences across large screen experiences within the home.
Samsung Connected TV, with over 40 million monthly active users in India, plays a key role in delivering scale, while programmatic CTV placements ensure efficient frequency and contextual relevance. The strategy is designed to combine reach with repeated exposure, supporting sustained recall over the campaign period.
Creative assets include two to three animated video formats, supported by family and children focused visuals, reinforcing the product’s safety credentials in a relatable household setting. The video led approach ensures clarity of messaging while maintaining strong visual impact across screens.
By adopting a CTV led digital strategy, the campaign benchmarks performance against consumer electronics category standards, aiming to maximize awareness efficiently while maintaining premium brand presence.
